FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Does my 6th grader need a physical for pre-athletics?
No. Only incoming 7th-12th graders
2. I got my child's physical done at their pediatricians office. Who can I drop it off to?
You can drop it off at the high school athletic office at the panther dome or you can email it to [email protected] with your child's name in the subject line.
3. Does my child's physical have to be on the UIL form?
Yes. We are not allowed to take a print out from your child's doctors office.
4. I got my child's physical done in January can I turn that one in?
No, physicals should NOT be dated before May 1, 2024.
5. I got my child's physical done last year will that one still work.
No, athletic physicals are to be done YEARLY.
6. I need to talk to one of the athletic trainers. What is the best way to contact them.
The best way to contact us is by emailing us at [email protected]. We are not up at the office during the summer. We check this email daily.

RANK ONE IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!
1. Rank One forms will NOT be available until JUNE 1, 2024!! Current 6th grade students are not in the system yet. They will not be promoted to 7th grade until the end of May.
2. Rank One forms are to be filled out YEARLY regardless of grade level.
3. My child is in band do they still have to fill out Rank One?
Yes, everyone participating in a UIL event must fill out Rank One Forms
