The Panther swim and dive team delivered a phenomenal performance at the recent District meet, showcasing incredible talent, dedication, and teamwork. The pool was electric with fast times and high energy, culminating in numerous podium finishes and well-deserved accolades.
Every single athlete highlighted below, as well as all of our relays, has earned a coveted spot at the Regional meet, scheduled for February 6th.
District Champions and Standout Performances
The team secured vital points through a series of outstanding individual efforts:
- Kiyana Perez: District Diving Champion! Kiyana led the way by capturing 1st place in Girls Diving, demonstrating precision and grace off the boards to earn a gold medal.
- Mikaela Trejo: Mikaela showed her versatility and strength, earning a District Championship title of her own with a 1st place finish in the 100 Breaststroke, and adding more points with a strong 4th place finish in the 100 Freestyle.
- Ryan Morris: Ryan was a force in the boys' events, achieving 5th place in the highly competitive 100 Butterfly and quickly returning to the pool to secure 6th place in the 100 Breaststroke.
- Landon Krieger: Demonstrating incredible endurance, Landon powered through the demanding 500 Freestyle to earn a solid 4th place finish.
- Ava Jasso: Ava delivered a swift race in the 100 Breaststroke, touching the wall in 5th place.
- Kyle Carpenter: Kyle contributed to the team's success with a strong 6th place finish in the 100 Freestyle.
Coach Agee Earns Top Honors
The team's success is a testament to exceptional leadership. We are thrilled to announce that Coach Leah Agee was recognized by her peers and named Coach of the Meet for Girls Diving. Her guidance and expertise were instrumental in Kiyana's championship performance and the team's overall success.

We could not be more proud of the performance and sportsmanship displayed by all our athletes. The hard work put in during early morning practices and late-night dryland sessions truly paid off.
